RECOMMENDED BRAKE ROTORS

Frozen Rotors

Frozen Rotors from Diversified Cryogenics deliver increased performance and a higher level of safety while significantly reducing braking system costs. Our proprietary, 60-hour cryogenic process permanently and dramatically improves the usage life and stability of brake rotors to create a distinct advantage in tensile strength, abrasive wear resistance and rotor longevity.

Frozen Rotors Slotted

Frozen Rotors Slotted brake rotors give your vehicle better braking performance and are cryogenically treated for maximum brake rotor life. Frozen Rotors Slotted brake rotors will provide your car or truck extra brake “bite” or “stopping power.” We recommended them for performance cars and trucks alike.

Street Sport Cryo

Street Sport Cryo drilled and slotted brake rotors are designed to increase braking performance and are a perfect choice for vehicles with great-looking wheels. While we do not recommend drilled and slotted brake rotors for severe duty applications like racing, police, ambulance, or towing, they do work excellent for street driven performance vehicles.

Power Slot Cryo

Along with the benefits of cryo-processing, Power Slot rotors are CNC machined to application-specific tolerances that utilize a tapered-slot technology to create a vent for dust and pad gases while preserving rotor strength.

GiroDisc

Along with the benefits of cryo-processing, The 2-piece construction of this rotor makes it significantly lighter. Additionally, the rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc to their own specifications that are cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self-center between the pads.

Porterfield R4-S

For high performance and heavy duty street conditions the Porterfield R4-S compound remains a top performer in the realm of street/performance brake pads. With the R4-S compound giving a friction level up to .41. This is an amazingly fast stopping brake pad. Simply put, they will give you an impressive increase in stopping ability with very minimum amount of pedal effort. Perfect for prolonged everyday street driving while also being capable of enduring the most severe use without fade. It is also rotor friendly of course.
